Sometimes after you sign up, you may not receive the verification email that our system sends. If this happens, there are a number of steps you can take. 

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. The verification email from eclypse might be there.
  2. Click the resend button to ask the system to send another verification email. Please note that if you end up receiving multiple verification emails, use the latest one.
  3. Check the email address you provided while signing up. If you made a typo, you have to first sign out and then sign back in with the correct email address you intended. In order to sign out, click the Navigation button on the toolbar and sign out.
  4. If the email address you provided is correct and you are still not receiving the verification link, you can reach out to us via the "Contact us" option in the navigation menu. A member of our customer support team will help  resolve the issue.
