Software availability is a feature that it is used to determine whether translations are necessary for certain keys. It is an optional feature in eclypse. Software availability feature is used when you don't need to translate or localize all of your keys for all the countries that you are operating in. This happens because not all products or services that a company offers is available in all regions due to variety of reasons such as legal, marketing or operational reasons. Simply adding the countries where your software is available for distribution in your project settings is sufficient. If you leave this section blank, eclypse assumes your software is available worldwide.
